An application is typically approved within 3 business days.

Rent payments can be submitted online through your portal, your portal can be accessed on our website or you can download the rent cafe app and submit a payment there.Â
Yes, all residents must maintain active renters’ insurance through the lease term.
Our rent does not include any utilities; however, residents are responsible for any utility bill in the community include monthly service fees.
Your electricity can be set  up by contacting Austin Energy this must be setup prior to your move-in date. Gas is not required
For internet and cable, you can contact AT&T to set up service
Subletting is not permitted.
You would be responsible for a 60-day notice as well as an early termination fee that is stated on your lease.

Our standard appliance in our apartments include Stove, Refrigerator, and dishwasher. We have microwaves in select apartments.Â

Maintenance
Yes, we have onsite maintenance. Â Maintenance is on call 24 hours for emergencies.
You may place a service request online through the resident portal, RENTCafe Resident app, or contact the office.
Maintenance issues are resolved in the order they are received, emergencies take priority. We make every effort to have issues resolved within 24-48 hours.
No, you are not required to be present while service is being completed. If you are not present, we do request that your pet is secured on the day of service. Â
During office hours, stop by the office to check out a key with your photo ID. If it is after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.
