We will ensure that your apartment is fully functional and freshly cleaned!

Yes, we have onsite maintenance.  Maintenance is on call 24 hours for emergencies.

You may place a service request online through the resident portal, RENTCafe Resident app, or contact the office.

Maintenance issues are resolved in the order they are received, emergencies take priority. We make every effort to have issues resolved within 24-48 hours.

No, you are not required to be present while service is being completed. If you are not present, we do request that your pet is secured on the day of service.  

During office hours, stop by the office to check out a key with your photo ID. If it is after business hours, you will need to contact a locksmith.

You can decorate your apartment as you wish, however, to avoid penalty you will have to restore it back to its original form before moving out.

Our pools are open from 10AM - 8PM all year long

Yes, there is ample parking.

Pet Fee: $200 per pet, Pet Rent: $20,Non-Reundable Deposit: $250, Pet Deposit IQ program: $87.50  to save on move-in cost

No, pets must pass the pet interview.

We offer a lot of green are for pets.

Our standard appliance in our apartments include Stove, Refrigerator, and dishwasher. We have microwaves in select apartments. 

Yes, we offer lease terms from 3-13  months pricing varies on lease term

Yes, we offer corporate leases.

We offer package lockers service for our residents with 24 hours access.

We do not have a fitness center in the community, however there are multiple locations near Wildwood.

Our community's quiet hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM. There is a monthly $5 amenity fee.

We are available Monday - Saturday during office hours also a phone call away. 

You can submit your application on our online website.

An application is typically approved within 5 business days.

You will be responsible for your pro-rated day of rent or full month or rent, as well as your deposit fee and pet fees if apply.

Ask questions during any process from your application to your move-in date and throughout your lease term. You can reach out our office team to answer all your questions.

Your rent payment can be done online using your bank account, debit card, credit card, or any of the participating WIPS locations 

Rent payments can be submitted online through your portal, your portal can be accessed on our website or you can download the rent cafe app and submit a payment there. 

Our monthly service fees will include, waste management, pest control services, amenity fee.

Yes, all residents must maintain active renters’ insurance through the lease term. 

Our rent does not include any utilities; however, residents are responsible for any utility bill in the community include month service fees.

Your electricity can be set  up by contacting Austin Energy this must be setup prior to your move-in date. Gas is not required

For internet and cable, you can contact AT&T to set up service

Yes, we currently offer $250 referral for the referring resident.

All guest all welcome and can stay in the apartment up to 7 days, if a guest stays more than 7 days they must be added to the lease. 

Subletting is not permitted.

You would be responsible for a 60-day notice as well as an early termination fee that is stated on your lease.

We have 1 bus stop located in the front of the community.

Our community is conveniently located 15 minutes away from downtown, 7 minutes away from Muller park, 15 minutes away from The Domain. We are nearby shopping centers as well as restaurants and gyms.

Take I-35 North, merge onto HWY 183 & exit Cameron road. Take a right at the light and you'll see the community on the right. 

We are located before the intersection of 183 North and Cameron Rd.
