I love this place. The floor plan is very well laid out, seriously it's very spacious. The one thing I like love the most is my TEXAS BIG walk-in closet it's AMAZING! The staff is really nice and helpful as well. I have no complaints at all I recommend this place 100%.

It's very fair for the price. I go to UT and it's 10 minutes away. The gate works, everything in my apartment works and when I moved I had a couple of issues but maintenance was on the top next day. The leasing office is friendly and my dog loves all the trees and grass around my building. I referred a friend and they pay me for it!

Love my apartment! Maintenance is always fast answering my requests, it's a great deal for the price and I have a nice walk area to walk with my dog! I renewed my lease and I got a free carpet cleaning!
